Have 40-60% whole cereal grains daily. Grains may be whole or
cracked and in simple combinations, unyeasted sourdough breads,
whole grain pastas, noodles, pies or dumpling.
Eat cereal grains and grain products
with every meal -- breakfast lunch and dinner.
