FRIED BARLEY WITH VEGETABLES
2 cups pressure cooked barley
˝ cup mushroom, diced
˝ cup celery, diced
˝ cup scallion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
Shoyu to taste
Pinch of salt |

Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the mushrooms, celery and salt and sauté
for 3 minutes. Add the barley and sprinkle a few drops of shoyu over it.
Lower the flame and cook until the barley is hot. Sprinkle the scallion
and few more drops of shoyu and cook for another 3 minutes...Mix the
barley and vegetables together and place in a serving bowl.
