SAUTÉED GREENS
When you are doing a lot of cooking you
can become too yang. Quickly sautéing some greens helps to relax your
condition. My favorite green to sauté is bok choy, as it cooks quickly
and tastes nice and sweet.
one bunch greens, rinsed and sliced into
bite-sized pieces
toasted sesame oil
sea salt
heat the pan slightly and add the oil. Add
the greens and a pinch of salt and sauté on a fairly high flame for a
few minutes, making sure that the greens do not overcook.
