UDON NOODLES WITH TORORO KOMBU

Udon noodles
Tororo kombu
Twig tea
Scallions, finely sliced
Sesame seeds, toasted

Cook noodles according to package directions. Place cooked noodles in a serving dish and sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of tororo kombu powder over them. Pour some twig tea over the top, garnish with the scallions and sesame seeds and presto, you have a delicious noodle dish.
